Crimson Splendour

Here’s a little peek at some of the prep shots for a beautiful wedding that Good Grace & Humour worked on last weekend.

The vibrant Darcey Bussell rose with those killer crimson rosettes is an absolute showstopper (not that we wanted to divert attention away from the bride!). The crimson popped against the light pinks, whites and greens in the bouquets.

Flowers fresh from market

With the sun peeping out every now and again, we felt fortunate to be able to get our floral on in the garden. The sun woke up our tulips too…

To keep the bridal party bouquets at the centre of attention, we created our wrist corsages and boutonnieres in light pinks and whites.

It’s a real pleasure to take advantage of the plentiful local tulips available at the moment (throughout winter they’re imported from Holland) so, to get the wedding reception party started(!), we included vibrant reds and pinks.
